Farm-To-Fork VIP Dinner with Specialty Beer Pouring

Dish Restaurant will be catering a Farm-to-Fork dinner at Crazy Mountain Brewery's tasting room on Friday, August 17th from 6pm - 9pm. There will be food stations located throughout the brewery with 5 delicious courses of food comprised of locally grown organic produce and meat that was fed with Crazy Mountain's spent grain. Ticket price is $35 per person and includes specialty beers from assorted breweries. Here is the menu:

- Red Mountain Farms Italian influenced meatballs with heirloom tomato reduction sauce

- Shrimp ceviche on crispy wontons

- Colorado potato gaufrettes with creme fraiche and chives

- 3 squash and onion skewers with red pepper coulis

- Palisade peach and sage tarts
